Shipping & Delivery

At Innofique Design we work with two types of delivery:

• If the product ordered is smaller than ± 65cm, we usually send it by mail (DHL). 
• If the product you order is larger than ± 65cm, we will personally deliver the product to your home (free of charge).
  This may also be the case when you order several products smaller than ± 65cm at once.

Delivery times

• Products that can be delivered by post are usually shipped within 2-5 working days. You will receive a track and trace code by e-mail so you can follow your package.
• Products delivered by us often take 1-2 weeks. To be as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible, we try to combine deliveries as much as possible. After placing your order, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you about the upcoming delivery.
