Returns & exchanges
Are you not completely satisfied with the product you received, or do you want to exchange or return the product? Please contact us as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after receiving the product, to look for the best solution.
In case of return:
- Products delivered by post can be returned via a PostNL point. It is important that the product is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. (We use boxes and packaging materials to ensure that the product is packed securely and safely). Costs related to return shipment are for your own account (€ 6.75 - € 13.00).
- Tip: Via PostNL your return shipment is always provided with track & trace. In addition, it may be wise to insure your package. Innofique Design is not responsible for loss or damage of the returned product.
- Products that we have personally delivered to you are usually too large to send via PostNL (maximum 176x78x58cm). In this case you may, after contacting us, return the product to our premises in Zwolle, Ossenkamp 2U, 8024 AE. If you are unable to do this yourself, please contact us to discuss whether we will be in the area soon. If this is the case, we will pick up the product at your home for a fee of € 25.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. We will do our best to refund the amount as soon as possible.
In case of exchange:
- If you want to exchange the product you already have for another one, please contact us for the possibilities and possible additional costs.
- Customised products cannot be returned.
- If the return consignment has been packaged incorrectly and damage has occurred to the product as a result, this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been used, damaged or do not comply with our return standards.
